We engage the business of three national freight companies, and select a method at our discretion based on circumstances:

Australia Post eParcel Australia Post will ship small to medium items, and will deliver country-wide, including to Post Office Boxes. As we use the eParcel service, a tracking number is provided with every shipment. As we use a Postal Collection Service, we are unable to provide an Express Post delivery. See our other shipping methods for express services. Our post collection days are Tuesday and Thursday. All stock items will be sent on the next collection day after you place your order. TNT Express TNT Express are a logistics company that will deliver small, medium and large items country-wide. TNT are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes or Residential Addresses. A consignment number is provided with every shipment. TNT provide both a "Road Express" service, offering standard shipping times, and an "Overnight First Class" service, offering greatly reduced shipping times. As standard, our shopping cart will only display pricing for the "Road Express" service. You can opt, for an extra charge, to upgrade the freight to an overnight service. Overnight deliveries are still subject to your location, however most metropolitan areas will see a next day delivery. Overnight services are unavailable for larger items or dangerous goods.

Couriers Please Couriers Please will ship small, medium, and some large items country-wide. Couriers Please are unable to deliver to a Post Office Box. A coupon number is provided with every shipment. At times, due to physical weights, dimensions, and cubic weight, Couriers Please are able to deliver an item much more cost effectively than Australia Post or TNT Express are able to. On average, Couriers Please take 1-2 days longer than our other services, but have been known to save our customers over $100 shipping on a single order. Occasionally freight may be miscalculated by our shopping cart software, and the actual freight may be more or less than the total freight amount shown. In this event, we will contact you before processing the transaction, and notify you of the correct freight amounts. |

Please allow a reasonable time frame for freight. In the event that we need to buy the product(s) in, this will add to the total shipping time. |
